Right of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

At SÍNE, your satisfaction is everything. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to return your item — no fuss, no stress.

Withdrawal Period You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to cancel, no reason needed. Once you've notified us, you have a further 30 days to return the item. Your full order amount, including original delivery costs, will be refunded in full.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please check your chosen carrier's website for exact rates.

Condition of the Product To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back:

• With all original accessories included
• In their original condition and packaging where possible

2. Pack your item carefully and send it to the address we provide.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange — whichever you prefer. Refunds are completed within 30 days of your notification, provided the item is in good condition.
